Registration Information
Participants who register early (until 1 May 2009) will receive a discount from the standard registration fee. Participants are asked to apply using the online registration. Discounted rates will also be available to registered full-time students and to participants from countries on the UN's list of Least Developed Countries. Details about registration rates can be found below.

Confirmation
Upon receiving the registration and confirming the payment, the Registration Office will send you a Confirmation e-mail, bearing your registration number. Please print out and present the confirmation to the registration desk at the symposium site to receive the symposium materials.
Cancellation Policy
If one wishes to cancel their registration and receive reimbursement of the fee already paid, a written notification of cancellation must be sent to the Registration Office.
All refunds will be made after the Symposium. Refunds will be made according to the following guidelines.
Amount of refund:
